Our Cleaners and Janitorial team play a vital role in keeping homes and businesses safe, clean, and welcoming. From daily cleaning and detailed sanitizing to helping restore spaces after unexpected events, your work directly impacts our clients and community.
This is hands-on, physical work that matters. One day you may be cleaning and maintaining commercial or residential spaces; another day you may be part of a team helping bring a property back to life after water or fire damage. No two days are the same, and every shift ends with the satisfaction of seeing real results.
What You’ll Do
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and wash floors
- Clean and sanitize washrooms
- Empty garbage, recycling, and compost
- Dust, wipe, and shine high-touch surfaces
- Clean glass doors, windows, and partitions
- Restock paper towels, toilet paper, soap, and other essentials
- Report maintenance or safety issues
- Handle cleaning chemicals and equipment safely
- Tackle larger projects like carpet shampooing or floor waxing as needed
What You Bring
- Experience in cleaning or janitorial work is an asset — but the right attitude matters most (we’ll train you)
- Sharp eye for detail and pride in a job well done
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physical stamina: bending, lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for long periods
- WHMIS certification and valid driver’s license are nice-to-haves (training available)
