What You’ll Be Doing
- Respond to water, fire, and storm emergencies — extracting water, cleaning up fire damage, and tackling mold
- Demolish and clear damaged areas to prepare for rebuild
- Assist with rebuild work: framing, drywall, painting, flooring, and finishing when needed
- Keep job sites safe, clean, and organized
- Follow project plans, operate equipment safely, and document work thoroughly
- Communicate with clients and teammates with professionalism and empathy
What You Bring
- 1–3 years of experience in restoration, construction, or trades preferred (will train the right candidate)
- IICRC certifications or equivalent are a bonus
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to stay calm under pressure
- Physical strength and stamina (lifting 50+ lbs, working in varied environments)
- Ability to work evenings and weekends for rotating on-call shifts; willingness to travel for out-of-town assignments
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record
