Our team climbs the ladders, checks the fans, cleans furnace ducts and HVAC systems, clears grease and buildup from ductwork, and helps prevent fires, air-quality issues, and equipment failures before they ever start.

What You’ll Do
- Clean and service kitchen exhaust systems — hoods, filters, ducts, fans, rooftop units, and all the places grease loves to hide
- Perform HVAC cleaning and light maintenance — coils, ducts, blowers, air handlers, and more
- Complete inspections with before/after photos
- Install and replace parts (filters, fan belts, hinges, access panels)
- Work safely with lifts, ladders, PPE, chemicals, and confined-space protocols
- Serve customers with professionalism
- Keep gear and vehicle in top shape
What You Bring
- Mechanical aptitude and hands-on problem-solving ability
- Comfortable with heights, tight spaces, and rooftop work
- Able to lift 50+ lbs and handle physical work
- Reliable, communicates well with customers and coworkers
- Able to work evenings/nightshifts
- Valid Class 5 driver’s licence
- Experience in duct cleaning, HVAC, or kitchen exhaust is a bonus — but not required (we’ll train you)
Work Environment
- Variety of sites: restaurants, industrial shops, commercial buildings, residential homes
- Evening and overnight work (when kitchens are closed)
- Grease, heat, rooftops, ladders, confined spaces — real, hands-on work
- Small crews or solo depending on the job
