Your Mission
- Own every stage of restoration and rebuild projects — from first call to final walk-through
- Lead and inspire crews to deliver top-notch results, on time and on budget
- Serve as the point person for clients, insurance partners, and subcontractors
- Scope projects, create accurate estimates, and keep timelines on track
- Manage schedules, budgets, trades, and logistics
- Ensure safety, quality, and client satisfaction on every job
- Keep paperwork and records organized and audit-ready
- Foster a team culture where people want to do their best work
What You Bring
- 3–5+ years in project management (restoration, construction, or similar)
- Strong grasp of building codes, construction methods, and restoration practices
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Journeyman carpentry ticket is a significant asset
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office, estimating software, and online platforms
- IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, FSRT) are a bonus — training available
- Solid communication, client service, and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s licence with a clean record
